When should this session be delivered?

E-Learning course 17 Safety Rules for MOTUL talents and staffs. This kind of course structure has designed by ABS Technology product team, we would like to recommend MOTUL the course template is based on Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle, it was created by Mr. David A. Kolb (an American educational theorist and a former Chairman of Mohawk Industries). In the 1980s, he designed this learning cycle for training adults.

This cycle is shown in the Pie Process chart, it running clockwise, from top to bottom and consisting of a total of 4 steps:



1. Concrete Experience (CE) has room for practical, experiential activities;
2. Reflective Observation (RO) time to summarize, form opinions about what the exercise reveals and discuss with others;
3. Abstract Concepts (AC) where the instructor introduces models, theories, and frameworks that facilitate deeper understanding and finally
4. Active Experimentation (AE) where participants are guided to begin applying new knowledge to real-world situations.
