1. Data Sovereignty & Environment Isolation

●      In-Project Deployment: The ABS Premium LMS (Moodle) package is installed and executed exclusively within the Customer’s own Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Project.

●      Full Data Ownership: 100% of the user data, course content, and logs are stored in the Customer’s designated Cloud SQL and Storage buckets. ABS Technology has zero access to your data.

●      No "Phone Home" Policy: The application does not transmit any telemetry or sensitive metadata back to ABS Technology servers.

2. Zero-Access & Security Architecture

●      No Backdoors: Our Docker images are built using industry-standard security practices. ABS Technology maintains no administrative access, remote backdoors, or management credentials once the solution is deployed.

●      Vulnerability Scanning: All Docker images provided via the GCP Marketplace undergo rigorous automated scanning for vulnerabilities (CVEs) by Google’s security infrastructure prior to listing.

●      VPC Security: The solution is designed to sit behind the Customer's own Cloud Armor (WAF) and Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP), ensuring that only authorized users can access the LMS.

3. AI Privacy & Vertex A.I, Azure A.I, Chat GPT AI Integration

●      Direct API Connection: The integrated AI Manager layer connects the LMS directly to the Customer’s own API endpoints.

●      No Third-Party Intermediaries: AI prompts and model responses travel strictly between the Customer's VPC and Google’s AI infrastructure. No data is routed through ABS Technology’s proprietary servers or third-party AI bridges.

●      Model Isolation: Since the customer controls the Vertex AI, Azure A.I, Chat GPT settings, you can ensure that your training data is never used to train global AI models (following Google’s Enterprise Privacy commitments).

4. Compliance & Updates

●      Customer-Driven Updates: As a packaged solution, the Customer decides when and how to apply updates. ABS provides updated Docker images, but the deployment lifecycle is entirely in your control.

●      Audit Readiness: Our open, Docker-based architecture allows the Customer’s security team to perform full audits of the deployment scripts and configuration files at any time.
